Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Executive to assist with the day-to-day human resources functions of our organization. This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute their HR knowledge while working flexible hours, supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on relevant platforms.

Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates.

Support onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
Employee Records & Documentation

Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately.

Assist with preparing HR-related documents like offer letters, contracts, and policies.
Payroll & Attendance Support

Help track employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets.

Coordinate with payroll department or service providers to ensure timely salary processing.
Employee Relations & Communication

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR communications.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Compliance & Reporting

Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Prepare basic HR reports and maintain confidentiality of all HR records.
Skills & Attributes

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
