Handling an operations team of 80 ISRs, 4 Team Leads and an
Assistant Manager
Responsible for end to end Vendor Management and Performance
o Vendor onboarding and renewals
o Vendor compliance for data security
o Enabling vendors to achieve their targets within given
timelines
o Vendor Invoicing and payment
o Vendor Quality Management
Responsible for managing all the ongoing campaigns and device
strategy for new campaigns in order to achieve lead targets within SLAs
every month
