- Required to acquire teachers offline by assessing the density of teachers in different areas.
- Executing interventions for teacher lead generation and direct teacher recruitment.
- Ensuring that enough buy-in or pitch is created in the prospective teacher’s mind to partner with us and run the Cuemath’s program from her home.
- Identifying and partnering with agencies for conducting BTL activities.
- Mapping demand potential ( Student : Teacher) for societies / areas / clusters.
- Planning events for direct teacher recruitment and teacher lead generation.
- 0-1 years of experience in the field.
- Good communication skills and a go-getter attitude towards the task assigned.
- Ability to think out of the box and a positive attitude.
- Ready for an on-the-field, hands on operations as well as end to end owner of supply projects in the city work experience.
- Want and take new initiatives, innovate and ready to execute the strategy.
- Prior experience with a start-up is highly desirable.
