Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in customer/partner/technical service related roles

• Current MCSE, MCDBA, MCAD, MCSA or other Microsoft Premier certification(s) in the technologies supported will be preferred

• Experience delivery Telephone base technical support

• Hands on experience working with MS Server products

• Adequate practical background

• Should have knowledge of Power BI i.e Power BI REST API, all new analytical feature along with visualization

• Experience on SQL database on prem i.e Migration on different version, SQL BI (analysis services, reporting services, integration services)

• Understanding of Azure data services like Document DB

• Should have an exposure of Azure Machine Learning

• Knowledge on end to end integration of various products in Microsoft Cortana intelligence suite

• Working knowledge on Azure HD Insight, Hive, Hbase , Spark etc

• Strong working knowledge of English (verbal and written) is mandatory

• Ability to learn new technologies very fast.

• Should be aware of Internet of things and its components that Microsoft offers

• Demonstrate passion for MS products and technologies

• Advanced technical problem solving skills

• Experience delivering technical presentations

• Excellent Communication Skills.

Critical Exposure areas;

• Possess the ability to verbally explain MS Solutions in English to North American Customers/Partner with clarity and precision

• Possess ability to deliver MS solutions in writing via e-mail

• Proactively understanding customer/partner needs and deliver services that enable them to be successful
