Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
➢ Cake decoration and pastry design will be the majority of his/her responsibility
➢ Strong knowledge and foundation of Bakery, French pastry, and Cake decoration
➢ Decorate cakes and pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation is beautiful, exciting and innovative.
➢ Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards all times.
➢ Ability to work and learn from other Chef’s. Be a great learner and a leader
➢ Periodic cleaning and maintenance of the Kitchen area. Maintain sanctity of the oven, related equipment’s and small wares. Complying with the daily cleaning rotas.
➢ Dedicated and hardworking is an essential skill that is required for this job. Having a big heart and desire to learn and improve each day is crucial.
➢ Assisting in food preparation as when required
