Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc. following traditional and modern recipes
2. Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
3. Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
4. Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
5. Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 22nd Jun'21 and 27th Jul'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Great attention to detail and creativity
2. Organizing and leadership skills
3. Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
4. In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques, and nutrition
5. Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten-free, sugarless, etc.)
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
