Position: Patent Associate
Experience: 3–4 Years
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering / ENTC / IT / AI / Data Science
Additional Qualification: Registered Indian Patent Agent (mandatory); Law degree preferred

Drafting
  • Drafting of Provisional and Complete Specifications

Prosecution
  • Handling Indian, US, and EP patent prosecution
  • Attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office
  • Drafting Pre-Grant and Post-Grant Oppositions
Preferred Skills
  • Strong patent drafting and analytical skills
