Job Description
- Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in handling patent application drafting assignments for US/ EP/ PCT based client.
- Candidate should have drafting 100+ patent applications.
- Drafting Provisional/ Non-provisional Patent Applications based on technical disclosure provided by the clients.
- Drafting OA responses based on rejections received from the PTO.
- Provide insightful evaluation and analysis of the drafts.
- Deliver timely, value-added patent drafting assignments.
- Perform Quality Check on Final Deliverable Report.
