1 Fresher, no experience, looking to go into Drafting / Patent Engineering
This person should have graduated in 2024 ideally but possible for those graduating in 2023 also.
They MUST have an MTech or MEng degree and a high GPA!
They must be ready to speak about their learning in this degree and demonstrate their analytical skills. The interview will consist of test questions around their skills to show critical thinking and problem solving with software likely.
Experienced Patent Engineer
Competencies = Patent Drafting, US Patent Draft, and (secondary: Novelty Extraction/Patent Searching)
Skills:

Patent Knowledge: Understanding of the patent application process, patent prosecution, and IP law.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex technical information and patent databases.

Technical Writing: Ability to draft and articulate technical content in a clear and concise manner, especially in patent claims.

Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patent applications and technical documents.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical and legal information effectively to both technical teams and external stakeholders.
