Patent Research Associate-Trainee Jobs in Gurgaon - Expertlancing Research Services
Job Description
- Responsible for managing the research and delivery of critical information and knowledge affecting research, development and business performance of our clients
- Research products and associated technical literature
- Conducting Prior Art searches on paid/free patent databases including Patentability Searches (Novelty Searches), Invalidity/Validity Searches, FTO Searches and Non-patent Literature Searches
- Performing Infringement Searches and preparing evidence-of-use /claim charts for infringing products
- Provide insightful evaluation and analysis of results
- Deliver timely, value-added patent search reports
- Analyse and summarize search results
- Creating initial understanding of the invention, creating search strategies, executing search strategies
- Extracting and evaluating search results, culling, report formation, mapping and result evaluation, rejection summary and charts
- Create, update & maintain the required reports with the correct information
- Perform Quality Check on Final Deliverable Report
- Candidates will be on training for the first 6 months & will be getting stipend of INR 8000
