Responsibilities and Duties
- Willing to work in night shift – US process
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Service Feedback calls to patients
- Will be working on semi voice process and dealing with patients’ medical records and medical history
Candidates should have excellent analyzing skills and able to multi-task
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Excellent Communication – Written and Verbal
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent knowledge of English vocabulary with no trace of MTI
- Can handle irate people well
- Basic computer knowledge – Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Good typing skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Pleasing Attitude- Ready to learn
