Job Description
A compassionate support service that provides trained bystanders to assist patients during hospital stays. You will not perform medical tasks but will act as a caring companion, offering non-medical support to patients and relief to their families.
Key Responsibilities-
Stay with patients in hospitals to provide companionship and emotional support.

Assist patients with basic mobility (helping them sit, stand, or use a wheelchair).

Support with personal care needs (feeding assistance, grooming, hygiene reminders).

Remind patients/families about medicines at the right time (without administering).

Help with simple tasks like bringing water, arranging pillows, or carrying small items.

Accompany patients for diagnostic tests or hospital department transfers.

Observe patient comfort and promptly inform nurses/doctors/families if any issues arise.

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience in all interactions.
