Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator at CIKITSA INDIA located in Bengaluru. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, receptionist duties, medical terminology, and communication.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to arrange appointments and treatment plans, evaluate patient progress, and assist in securing funding for medical care. Goal is to ensure patient receives comprehensive and compassionate care.
