Patient Engagement Manager (Non Clinical)
LOCATION : HYDERABAD
EXPERIENCE : 0-5 YEARS
QUALIFICATION : BDS
KEY ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Motivate patients to maintain good oral health habits and regular dental check-ups
- Understand the patients’ dental problems and suggest treatment options
- Educate patients on dental diseases their prevention and different treatment modalities
- Pain management(interim relief)
- Assist the patient for pain relief as much as possible till they have a physical check-up with a dentist
- Provide easy dental tips /solutions for patients as an alternative to medicines
- Provide easy to understand solutions to day to day dental problems and convince them for early treatment
- Follow-up with the patients where treatment solutions were given
- Provide immediate assistance to patients in case of dental emergency
- Accurately record patient information into the database
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Should be high on Integrity.
- Customer Focused
- Provide telephonic consultancies
- Must be open to work on weekends
