Patient Engagement Manager (Non Clinical)

LOCATION : HYDERABAD

EXPERIENCE : 0-5 YEARS

QUALIFICATION : BDS

KEY ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

Motivate patients to maintain good oral health habits and regular dental check-ups
Understand the patients’ dental problems and suggest treatment options
Educate patients on dental diseases their prevention and different treatment modalities
Pain management(interim relief)
Assist the patient for pain relief as much as possible till they have a physical check-up with a dentist
Provide easy dental tips /solutions for patients as an alternative to medicines
Provide easy to understand solutions to day to day dental problems and convince them for early treatment
Follow-up with the patients where treatment solutions were given
Provide immediate assistance to patients in case of dental emergency
Accurately record patient information into the database

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED :

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Should be high on Integrity.
Customer Focused
Provide telephonic consultancies
Must be open to work on weekends
