Job Description

PATIENT RELATION EXECUTIVE 

  • Creating a customer care desk/portal to receive feedbacks of customers—OP and IP to upgrade the levels of patient care. 
  • Counselling patients due for admissions on the protocols, facilities and pricing. 
  • Facilitating the admission processes of all Inpatients after discussing the case requirements with concerned Consultants. 
  • Understanding/ Recording post discharge medical needs of the customer to facilitate home care (nursing/Lab/Pharma) requirements.
  • Creating customer friendly environment in the reception and waiting areas to regulate patient flow, appointments and reducing waiting time. 
  • Resolving all patient disputes pertaining to discounts, Doctor waiting time and any other grievances. 
  • Regular trainings to FOE, Nursing, Housekeeping and Security on grooming and soft skills pertaining to customer engagement. 
  • To co-ordinate with marketing executive to create patient education literature, brochures and Visual merchandise on healthy and safe lifestyle. 
  • To co-ordinate with Nursing Superintendent to initiate/facilitate Infection control process as per NABH at the reception, waiting areas and wards to enable customers to minimize hospital acquired infections/ secondary infections. 
  • To create a comprehensive patient data based on past discharges, surgeries and current IPs to initiate the starting of Home care vertical. 
  • To work in co-ordination with Nursing Superintendent, ICN, Medical Director to create quality indicators/parameters for evaluation of quality processes followed by the Hospital staff.
