Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Patient Counseling: Provide clear, empathetic, and science-based information on vaccines, addressing myths and concerns, especially for parents or adults.
Education & Outreach: Conduct awareness sessions in hospitals (OPD, NICU) or community centers, using approved materials to promote vaccination.
Coordination: Work with doctors, nurses, and clinical teams to schedule vaccinations and facilitate adoption.
Screening & Documentation: Evaluate patient history for eligibility, track vaccination data, and report issues or adverse events.
Support Decision-Making: Guide families towards informed vaccination choices, building trust and confidence.
Essential Skills
Strong communication, empathy, and active listening.
