Job Description
1. Proficiency in Excel
2. Proficiency in business communication
3. Proficiency in handling emails and report making

6. Ability to be flexible to learn new skills quickly
1. Contact the students for facilitating payment once the pre-boot camp is completed,
2. Assign students with a feasible mode of payment
3. Work on payment collection
4. Handle queries
5. Forward part payment list to student coordinator along with the deadline
6. Collect the payment once the student coordinator sends the details of the part payment
7. Follow up with DNP students for payment
8. Work on building rapport with the learners and listening and solving their queries
9. Work on regular follow-up with dues & overdue learners via calls, emails & WhatsApp
10. Explain to learners the different payment modes & guide for the same
11. Deal with Excel, Zoom, CRM & emails
12. Demonstrate patience in dealing with repeated queries
13. Work on documentation, preparing reports, and data maintenance
14. Deal with inbound & outbound calls
15. Work together with the team for achieving targets
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 17th Jun'22 and 22nd Jul'22
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Chennai, Coimbatore, Erode, Kozhikode, Madurai, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Vishakhapatnam, Mangaloor, Trichey, Vellodu, Virudhunagar and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
