Payments Intern Data Collection Ops Job in Instawork at Banashankari, Bannerghatta Road, Basavanagudi, Bangalore

• Support daily payouts for Data Collectors (DCs) as operations scale

• Coordinate closely with Internal Coordinators (ICs) to track payout eligibility

• Maintain daily payment trackers using Google Sheets / Excel

• Calculate payouts using basic formulas (daily rates, adjustments, tenure-based pay)

• Ensure payouts are accurate, on time, and error-free

• Share verified payout sheets with the Finance team within deadlines

• Prevent missed, delayed, or duplicate payments

• Collect and validate DC bank details (Account No, IFSC, name match)

• Perform basic checks on payout mismatches and flag issues early

• Maintain payment logs for audit and future reconciliation

• Handle high-volume, daily transactions with attention to detail

• Follow up with ICs and Finance teams for clarifications or corrections

Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel

• Comfortable with formulas, filters, and trackers

• Basic understanding of bank transfers and IFSC codes

• Good coordination, follow-up, and time management skills

• Ability to work under daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
