Job Description
- Act as a trusted payroll advisor to clients to recommend changes in products, services, and policies by uncovering payrolls needs and evaluating products configuration, educate and counsel them on payroll best practice.
- Provide assistance and support to clients for incoming payroll queries and issues related to Paybooks software application.
- Provide trouble shoot, research and provide equitable solutions to client's need related maintenance and customized configurations of payroll software.
- Document client communications and interactions in appropriate client relationship system and to follow standard processes and procedures
- Attain and maintain advanced knowledge of current payroll practice and issue.
- Gather client's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
