Responsibilities and Duties
Taking Inbound calls and Troubleshooting the problems of International customers related to computers, laptops, antivirus, printers , routers, pop ups, MAC, I pad, etc. would be the primary job responsibility of the candidates.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of technical support experience in an International BPO in troubleshooting /Tech support related issues.
Benefits
