Equipment Management:
Monitoring the performance of manufacturing equipment, conducting maintenance, and recommending new equipment as needed.
Process Development:
Developing and implementing new manufacturing processes and procedures, including process controls and work instructions.

Hands-on experience with SMT, THT, and reflow soldering techniques

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment

Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus
