Key Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and equipment

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, or Gerber file viewers)

Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC-2221, etc.)

Hands-on experience with SMT, THT, and reflow soldering techniques

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment

Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus
