PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)Tester
What This Job Involves-
Should be able to do inspection and monitor test results for PCBA’s in day to day basis.
• Testing the PCBA as per defined procedure.
• Code Dumping, Code generating for different variants of PCBA’s.
• Basic knowledge about electronic components and hardware behaviour.
• Analysing the issue and arrive at the diagnostics matrix.
• Troubleshooting the issue over electronic communication medium if required.
• Interact with CFT and sort out issues.
• Maintaining track of PCBA’s lot wise and code wise.
• Teaming up with other CFT and updating issues in the product.
• Soldering of PCBA’s.
• Debugging of PCBA’s w.r.t defined standards.
• Having good knowledge about software and hardware.
• Having interpersonal skills.
• Being self-motivated.
• Having excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Being organized, informative and proactive.
• Having high attention to details & loop closure.
• Being able to understand client’s needs.
