Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore) invites application for the position Pedagogical Research Associate – MOOCs

Key Skills / Abilities / Knowledge required:

a. Strong command over written and spoken English

b. Well versed with MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint

c. Knowledge of online creative and visual tools is an added advantage

d. Behavioural competencies such as leadership, teamwork, flexibility, communication and initiative

Educational qualification and Experience:

a. Candidate should be a First-Class Graduate from of a reputed university

b. Should have minimum 2 years’ experience

Domain: Strategy, Accounting and Finance, Public Policy, Business Law, OBHR, Economics

Compensation: As per Institute norms

Reporting Relationship: The Pedagogical Research Associate will report to Manager – MOOCs

Audience/interface: Internal: Faculty, Video Production Team, Instructional Designer, Other key functions with IIMB like Estate and Computer Centre, External: Vendors, Industry Experts, MOOC learners, EdX

This position is on contract. Selected candidates should be prepared to take up the assignment immediately. Maximum age limit for being appointed under these Rules will ordinarily not exceed 60 years for Non-teaching staff, subject to discretion from the director.
