Eligibility :  Metric from the M.P. Board of School Education or its equivalent examination from any other Board/University recognized by the H.P. Board of School Education.

Desirable :  The applicant should have knowledge of customs, manner and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing under the HP. Government.

Wages/Honorarium :  According to the Rules of H.P. Govt. from time to time.

Age Limit :  The age of the applicant as 01.01.2018 should not be below 18 years and should not exceed 45 years (The relaxation in upper age limit is permissible as per orders/instructions of Govt. of H.P.)

Selection Process :  Selection for the post of Peon-cum-Chowkidar on Daily wages shall be made on the basis of merit of prescribed Education Qualification followed by evaluation as specified in Appendix-I, Verification of documents date shall be fixed and communicated in due course of time separately for eligible candidates only.

Screening Test :  The HIMUDA may hold a Screening Test for 100 Marks of multiple choice questions of Matric level depending on number of candidates if necessary. This will only be for screening the candidate and will not be counted for selection which will be as per notified criteria.
