Job Description
Designation: People Success Intern
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help onboard new teammates, ship laptops & onboarding kits, and add them to our internal database, company benefits & tools
2. Help organize weekly fun activities/events online to improve remote engagement
3. Help celebrate their milestones
4. Regularly connect with teammates on a 1-on-1 basis to check on their well-being and help identify and address concerns
5. Respond to people's inquiries regarding people policies, people benefits, and other people-related matters
6. Help with exit formalities, pick up the laptops/assets, and update the database accordingly
Requirements:
1. You are based out of Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore (hard requirement)
2. You enjoy helping people and have a sense of humor (hard requirement)
3. You have worked in a startup before, and are willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is required to help people
4. You have a minimum of 6 months of work experience in HR operations or people operations
