Job Description
Business System analyst (BSA) with Oracle People Soft admin config, & analysis experience for PeopleSoft applications upgrades & enhancements. Knowledge in SQL needed to perform analysis.
Good understanding of manual test scripts and these BAs will be working with PMs and POs of product management teams and their technical counterparts.
Role Requirements:
- Strong BA good at Agile working knowledge, requirements gathering, communication and stakeholder co-ordination.
- Partner with developers to ensure a thorough understanding of the relevant user stories.
- Good at functional verification and regression testing and can support testing activities and creating test plans with QA.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to work on his/her own as well as with the team.
- Offshore BAs will work with onsite liaisons.
- Will have basic financial services knowledge, core accounting knowledge and be familiar with tools like "Coupa".
- Can support the application integrations by creating data mapping and data modeling.
- Create and maintain complex business flow diagrams such as process maps and data flows.
