Who you are
As PeopleSoft Technical Developer, you are responsible to provide PeopleSoft technical consulting services by playing an active role on development projects through the entire systems development and maintenance lifecycle. You will
work with the internal and client technical staff to support 24 x 7 production environments.
Your responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Operations Support:
· Proactive health checks of client environments
· Participate in outage/troubleshooting calls involving internal and external teams
· Attend scheduled client review meetings
· Participation in Solution reviews
· Customer relationship management
· Reporting
- Stays current with new PeopleSoft technologies and architectures as well as meets the trainingobjectives set by the organization.

- Total 7+ years of experience, out of which 5 years of relevant experience in supporting PeopleSoft application and Third party software tools
- Experience in 24 x 7 global operations support (supporting remote environments, handling bridge calls, SLA concepts and crisis management)
- Expertise in PeopleSoft technologies, PS Admin, Oracle database technologies, performance tuning and troubleshooting, database maintenance, OS (Unix and Windows)
- Broad knowledge of Unix, Windows, Networking & Firewalls is desired; experience in Citrix administration will be a plus
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
