Performance Analyst (Google Ads)

Location: Bengaluru, KA, India

Experience preferred: 2 TO 4 YEARS

About the role: Manage all Google Search (ETA, DSA, RLSA), Display (DRM, Display Native), Youtube and UAC campaigns.

Role Objective:
  • Manage all Google Search (ETA, DSA, RLSA), Display (DRM, Display Native), Youtube and UAC campaigns.
  • Briefing, planning and executing & tracking Google Adwords campaigns end to end.
  • Ensure the weekly goals on #Activations vs #CPA is met as per business goals.
  • Ensure consistency of brand and messaging.

Responsibilities: 
1. Google Search  [OKR: #X activations through Search at #Y CPA ]
  • Create Brand, Intent, Competitor strategy on Google (Bing experience is a plus)
  • Execute campaigns in Adwords (Desktop) + Adwords (Web)
  • Achieve X% search click share on Google search for Dunzo use case intent search terms at Y% conversion rate
  • 3 Month goal
  • Make sure Top Intent category search impression share is >75% on top 8 cities Dunzo operate in
  • Create a competitor strategy to beat major competitor share in Food pan cities.
  • Reduce Google UAC CPA by X% at Y scale of activation volumes
  • 6 Month goal
  • Create Remarketing bucketing on cross device on search to identify profitable RLSA lists at Dunzo
  • Automate Google Search for high volume categories through Google Scripts

2. Google Display + Youtube 
  • [OKR: #X view through activations through Display at #Y CPA ]
  • Create Dynamic catalog based remarketing strategy at city/ category levels for Dunzo Web.
  • Execute campaigns in Adwords (Desktop) + Adwords (Web) on Display sub channel.
  • Activate X% funnel drop users from search intent to become a transacting through DRM and Display remarketing.
  • 3 Month goal
  • X% of Search intent dropped off users activating through Display at Y CPA.
  • Setup DRM at Dunzo to create automated flows for cart abandonment and further funnel drop segments. Work with Catalog team to build this from scratch.
  • Meet Quarterly goals set at the start of the quarter.
  • 6 Month goal
  • Establish the remarketing piece with Youtube+ Display and build a predictive model on cost vs activations at city level.

3. Google Shopping (PLA + PLA RLSA) 
  • [OKR: #X activations through Shopping ads at #Y CPA ]
  • Create Catalog for PLAwith Dunzo catalog team and create automation on top of it.
  • Execute campaigns in Adwords (Desktop) + Adwords (Web) on Shopping sub channel.
  • Activate X% funnel drop users from search intent to become a transacting through DRM and Display remarketing.
  • 3 Month goal
  • X% of Buy Search intent on top 3 categories through PLA.
  • Setup PLA RLSA for Dunzo at scale.
  • Meet Quarterly goals set at the start of the quarter.
  • 6 Month goal
  • Establish shopping to drive X% of the whole Google universe mix( while getting cost in control at scale.

4. Google UAC & UACe 
[OKR: #X activations through UAC/e ads at #Y CPA ]
  • Establish UAC at scale for newer Dunzo cities. 
  • Execute campaigns in Adwords (Desktop) + Adwords (Web) on UAC.
  • Activate X% funnel drop users from search intent to become a transacting through DRM and Display remarketing.
  • 3 Month goal
  • Get App install, Conversion and Registration mix at city level right.
  • Run multiple tests on bid buckets and creatives on each of search, display and youtube sub channels for IOS and Android apps.
  • 6 Month goal
  • Prove incremental CPIT(cost per incremental task) for UACe. Build a model around it.
  • Get into Google Editor’s pick for Localised store.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert level understanding of Google search. Ideally should know how to run campaigns at city level, category level. E-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Google Display Remarketing, DRM , Shopping ads at scale (>$10k.month at least)
  • Experience on Google Adwords(Web+Offline editor.)
  • Experience on Youtube awareness campaigns for brand led campaigns.
  • UAC experience on App conversion objective is a plus.
  • Superior reporting skills on metrics.
  • Great collaborator as this role requires to coordinate with city teams, creative, brand and central growth team.
