Job Description
Enovexa Solutions is looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels, along with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities-
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.

Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, conversions, and lead generation.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.

Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives.

Research industry trends, competitor campaigns, and audience insights.

Manage ad budgets efficiently and allocate spends for best performance.

Suggest and implement growth strategies to scale campaigns.

Proven experience as a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist.

Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (knowledge of SEO/ASO is a plus).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make decisions.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, or similar platforms.

Ability to create strategies for lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ROI-driven mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).

Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
