Job Description
Job Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with a basic understanding of digital marketing to gain hands-on experience in the SaaS industry. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Support in monitoring and optimizing campaigns to achieve KPIs (click-through rate, conversion rate, ROI).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for ad targeting.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create ad creatives and copy.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any disciple, certification on Google Analytics and other direct marketing with marketing or linguistics and creative disciplines preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media ads).
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools (coursework or certifications is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
