If you love tracking digital data, understanding algorithms, and want to know how a D2C business grows its revenue on the backend, you will fit right in.What You Will Do & Learn
  • Ad Account Management: Learn to launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. [1]
  • E-commerce Analytics: Master Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and WordPress/WooCommerce dashboards to track exactly where our web traffic and sales come from.
  • Data Diagnostics: Monitor critical daily metrics—ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), MER, Cost Per Click (CPC), and Conversion Rates (CR)—to ensure our budget is never wasted.
  • Creative Auditing: Analyze ad data to tell our content creation team exactly which hooks and video concepts are driving sales and which ones need to be swapped.
Requirements
  • Data-First Mindset: Strong comfort with numbers and MS Excel/Google Sheets. (Students from B.Tech, Economics, Statistics, or Math backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Self-Learner: You know how to use Google, YouTube, and forums to troubleshoot technical ad glitches independently.
  • Basic Platform Familiarity: You have at least played around with or completed basic certifications for Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics (a huge plus, but not mandatory if you learn fast).
  • Location: Must be able to visit our Kolkata office for weekly hybrid alignment meetings.
