Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI, CPA, CPL, and conversion metrics

  • Manage SEO, SEM, and website performance optimization

  • Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad dashboards

  • Create and test ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and A/B experiments

  • Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign alignment

  • Track leads and conversions through CRM and marketing automation tools

  • Prepare performance reports and insights for management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimization

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
