About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the daily optimization of ads, such as target audience & measuring effectiveness of the ads
2. Produce periodic reports for management and further analysis of the data
3. Work on assisting in the formulation of strategies to increase campaign efficiency
4. Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords & Facebook to generate leads
5. Optimize ads to increase conversions and reduce CPL
6. Suggest and recommend changes in creatives and banners to improve results
7. Provide ideas & collaborate with designers to improve the ad experience
8. Coordinate with various team members to achieve set targets
9. Create plans and objectives for campaigns

1. Understanding of digital marketing concepts and practices

2. Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics

3. Good content writing and communication skills

4. Knowledge about ad platforms like Facebook & Google Ads

5. Knowledge of MS Office and Excel (Vlookup/pivot/text-to-column/de-duplication/filter/sorting)

6. Planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

7. Time management and project management skills

8. Basic understanding of SEO and landing pages
