Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on multiple campaigns and overlook their success
2. Define and monitor relevant KPIs
3. Measure, track, and report on performance marketing efforts through structured dashboards
4. Monitor, analyze, and optimization of campaigns based on the common KPIs as well as derive recommendations for action
5. Support in planning and implementation of new performance campaigns
6. Assistance in the conception and coordination of marketing materials as well as communication with external partners
7. Use a data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations
Requirements:
1. Willingness to go deep into performance marketing
2. Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its overall impact
3. Excellent communication and writing skills
4. Crave to a start-up environment
5. Strong communication: Effective written and verbal communicator
