Description

As a technical contributor of this team, you will

work as a part of product and development teams to understand product architecture, functionality and big data & scalability challenges
Develop and enhance automated test framework
actively contribute to Test Plan/Test Case/Test script writing
participate in the creation and enhancement of the continuous integration and continuous delivery platform used to test and certify frequent application releases and deploy it to production with minimal manual intervention
communicate test results to identify and communicate risks, dependencies and escalate the same in timely manner, and thus add to a bug-free customer experience

Technical Requirements

6+ years of solid experience in Development of Test Automation framework and/or Application Development environment using Core Java
Experience in Core Java programming with generic test automation frameworks (data-driven, key-word driven) and test tools like Jmeter
Experience with Web application standards and REST API (Web services, XML, JSON, HTTP, HTTPs)
Good understanding of SaaS applications/cloud delivered application architecture and testing approaches around it
Good understanding of Database concepts and working knowledge RDBMS

Good To Have Requirements

Experience with NoSQL technologies, Cassandra, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Redis, AWS stack or similar ones is a huge plus.
Experience working with micro-services architecture and with Docker containers
Experience with Build and Packaging tools like Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
Experience with Test and defect management tools

Additional Skills

Must be self-driven, passionate, a team player with a can do attitude and having ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Should have willingness to work in a dynamic environment and ability to adapt quickly to changes
Must be a good problem solver and out of the box thinker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Prior experience of working with globally distributed team is beneficial
