- Basically the person will be researching schools, parental groups, corporate to do various types of training.
- The person will organize the event - follow up, etc. and also there is some research about getting funding (scholarships) through CSR for a teacher development course.
- It increases quality in teachers - and they get a certificate of completion from a US university.
