Job Description
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis;
- Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by regular followup & by giving product reference information.
- Maintains database by new business leads and existing customers.
- Maintains quality service for each client project by following organization standards.
- Attending project meeting with Manager, taking minutes of the meeting, creating a proposal document.
- Do follow up calls to understand their business status
- Coordinating with internal team members for fast resolution of customer query
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing the Office in the absence of MD
- Attending customer Meetings on behalf of the organization
- Reading, Monitoring & Responding to Email, Answering Calls & Liaising with Clients Competently,
- Managing Electronic Diary Planning & Organising Meetings.
- Attending Meetings Taking Action Points & Writing Minutes, Preparing Papers for Meetings.
