Job SummaryVedantu is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join us in Bangalore, India. In this role, you willreport directly to the CEO’s Office. Your daily tasks will mainly consist of administrative support,including some aspects of planning and organizing, ensuring timely response to keycorrespondence, expense management, travel scheduling, and similar administrative tasks.Primary Job Responsibilities● Ensure schedule and calendar are managed to maximize effective use of time and toallocate time to critical areas as needed● Manage record of meetings when necessary and arrange booking of relevantconference rooms, catering, and similar● Book all travels in time and on schedule● Schedule and manage internal and external engagements● Architecture to be presented during key customer or internal management meetingsRequired Skills● 2+ years of experience providing professional and administrative support for senior-level executives● Proficiency in productivity software tools, including experience creating presentationsin Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; outstanding interpersonalskills● Ability to make decisions on your own with a high level of attention to detail● Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with tightdeadlines; capability to monitor deadlines and remind the CEO of the impeding ones● Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to anticipate executive's needs and to determine the best use of their time● Positive attitude with the ability to maintain professional appearance and earn respect● Passion and ability to thrive in an evolving environment
