Job Description
- Effectively assist the Owner Director of the large
Pvt Ltd Co in his work, follow up & coordinate with Heads of
Departments, other Directors through emails, telephones, maintain good rapport
with all stake holders of the Company including key customers, key suppliers, key
employees, attending International/Indian dignitaries & visitors to
Director's office with proper decorum & etiquettes.
- Maintain a checklist of routine things to do & ensure compliance.
- Quickly learn the terms & terminologies of business.
- Efficiently assist the Director to keep track
of appointments (personal & professional) schedules, bookings,
meetings, social / cultural events, travel documents, communications.
- Relationships
management, speak softly, manage time for important & urgent
matters
- Take notes, Dictation & minutes,
PPTs, Excel sheet reports, use modern tools & techniques
on computer/internet/telecommunications in improving efficiency &
effectiveness.
- Be punctual & regular in
attendance, exemplary employee with pleasing manners, handle urgencies &
emergencies, maintain confidentiality and be vigilant.
