Job description Summary:
We are looking for a Personal Secretary, who could act as a manager's first point of contact. and can travel(across India) with us for business meetings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager. Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines. Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence .
Skills:
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information Flexibility and adaptability Good oral and written communication skills Organizational skills and the ability to multitask. The ability to be proactive and take the initiative Communication skills Knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the English, Hindi, and Tamil language. Good knowledge of computer Ability to switch communication styles Gender Preference: Only Female
