Job Description
§ Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, department heads and other external partners.
§ Managing calendars and set up meetings.
§ Collating reports from different departments and consolidating them.
§ Proficient in MS office (excel, ppt, word, advance knowledge is preferred)(mandatory)
§ Responsible for administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
§ Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
§ Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
§ Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
§ Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
§ Take minutes during meetings
§ Arrange conference calls when required.
§ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
