Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for Managing Director. 
  • They should be well-organized and be comfortable in carrying out market research and accounting activities. 
  • Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the Managing Director with any necessary meeting preparations. 
Responsibilities
  • Calendar management for MD
  • Aid MD in tender processes, acquiring business and follow-ups
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of MD
  • Draft letters, quotations, tender documents and invoices
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel is a must
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics is a plus
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably female
Pay will be in accordance with industry standards.
