Job Description
- The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for Managing Director.
- They should be well-organized and be comfortable in carrying out market research and accounting activities.
- Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the Managing Director with any necessary meeting preparations.
- Calendar management for MD
- Aid MD in tender processes, acquiring business and follow-ups
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of MD
- Draft letters, quotations, tender documents and invoices
- Bachelors or Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel is a must
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics is a plus
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferably female
