- Coordinate Daily Calendars and Contact Book of Ceo & Leadership Team
- plan Appointments and Events
- act as the Point of Contact Between Executives and Employees/clients
- schedule Phone & F2f Interviews, Meetings for Ceo & Leadership Team
- create Regular Reports and Update Internal Databases
- make Travel Arrangements Including But Not Limited to ing for Visas, Flight, Train and Hotel Bookings, Passport Applications
- manage Phone Calls and Emails
- respond Promptly to Ceo s Queries
- facilitate Internal Communication (e.g. Distribute Information and Schedule Presentations)
- responsible for Housekeeping Staff, Office Cleanliness, Pantry Snacks, and Inventory
- expenses and Reimbursements of Ceo and Team Leadership
- attendance and Leave Requests for Employees
- metrics Targets for Each Team and Regular Reports to Be Reviewed Before It Goes to Ceo for a Meeting
- suggest More Efficient Ways to Run the Office and Troubleshoot Malfunctions
- review and Recommend Changes to Our Company Policies
