Job Description
- Acting as a first point of contact.
- Managing & screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive. booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing and attending meetings.
- Carrying out specific projects and research.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Meetings with clients related to product and lead generation.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Knowledge/ experience of 'IndiaMart' will be added advantage.
Qualification:
- Fresher are welcome.
- Young, hard working & Energetic candidate
- Computer literacy
Notice period: immediate joiners (at max within a week)
