Job Duties
Internal
- Maintain appointment Diary.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external meeting.
- Coordinate with team for various action plans and seminar/ workshop checklist.
- Minute every internal meeting with relevant action points and follow up for actions.
- Advice the boss on important organizational and strategic decision as and when required.
- Any other task assigned by the chairman from time to time.
- Making Travel arrangement.
- Go for Clients meetings if required to understand their requirements and coordinate for implementation of the agreed projects with clients and the strategic partners
- Travel Coordination, payment coordination and followups on assignment.
- Understand client feedback and communicate the same to the internal authorities for necessary action.
- Manage appointments, followup actions and communicate agenda for meetings to concerned person.
