Personal Assistant Job in Family Office of Vedang Khetawat at Elgin Road, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audits

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and income tax

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

• Maintain accurate documentation and financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

• Attention to detail and analytical skills

• Good communication and time-management abilities
