Position: Personal Assistant
Reporting To: Brand Owner
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Location: GREATER KAILASH 1, NEW DELHI
Role Overview
As the Personal Assistant to a jewellery brand owner, you will be responsible for micro-managing daily tasks, coordinating with freelance professionals, and ensuring all brand operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in streamlining work, facilitating communication, and supporting the owner across business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Task Management & Prioritization
- Organize, track, and follow-up on all daily and weekly tasks for the brand owner.
- Ensure tasks are completed in a time-bound and organized manner.
- Freelancer Coordination
- Source, vet, and hire suitable freelancers including photographers, designers, editors, etc.
- Maintain a pool of reliable freelancers and initiate contracts for brand-related projects.
- Assess and find better freelance talent as per evolving brand requirements.
- Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the brand owner, freelancers, and associates.
- Convey information and instructions in a clear, simple, and effective manner.
- Actively coordinate meetings, calls, and updates.
- Social Media & Technology Support
- Assist in managing the brand’s social media accounts (posting, messaging, updates).
- Use computers and mobile devices (especially iPad) for business management and brand promotion.
- Demonstrate basic proficiency in essential software (e.g., Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
- Operational Support
- Support the brand owner by simplifying processes and helping achieve a task-oriented workflow.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- New graduates are welcome to apply if you are exceptional.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience preferred, especially in administration, branding, or creative industry support roles.
- Fluent in English and Hindi – strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate with freelancers and external vendors.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and basic computer software.
- Capable of using an iPad for work-related activities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to convey information in a simple way.
