Job Description
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management/executives. The PA will act as the primary point of contact, handling schedules, correspondence, travel, and confidential tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, discretion, time management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Clerical Support

Manage and maintain executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.

Draft, review, and manage correspondence including emails, letters, and reports.

Prepare presentations, documents, and briefing materials for meetings.

Communication & Coordination

Act as a point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and external partners.

Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, handling them when appropriate.

Coordinate and follow up on projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Travel & Event Management

Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.

Assist in planning and coordinating business events, meetings, and conferences.

Ensure smooth logistical support for official engagements.

Confidential & Professional Support

Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).

Provide reminders and updates on important deadlines, meetings, and tasks.

Operational Assistance

Support in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.

Conduct research and compile information for reports or presentations.

Assist in personal errands as requested.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Diploma/Certification in Office Administration preferred.

Experience: 6–1 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator. Freshers with strong skills may also apply.
