Job Description

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to an individual, managing both professional and personal tasks efficiently. Your responsibilities include handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining a well-organized system to enhance the individual's productivity.
Job Roles:
· Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
· Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and respond on behalf of the individual when necessary.
· Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
· Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations. Perform secretarial duties and provide administrative support to the Managing Director.
· Assist in managing the MD's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
· Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
· Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
· Ensure smooth communication flow within the office and with external parties.
· Take minutes during meetings and prepare summaries for review.
· Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
· Manage and organize office records and files.
Requirements:
· Any graduation degree is required for this role.
· Experience in Secretarial works & Assisting to the Managing Director
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in secretarial or administrative roles is preferred.
· Freshers with the right educational background and skills are also encouraged to apply.
· Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
