Key Responsibilities
A. Executive Support

Manage the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.

Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
B. Office Management & Administration

Handle emails, phone calls, and office communications promptly.

Maintain files, records, and documentation systematically.

Ensure smooth office operations, supplies management, and coordination with staff.
C. Communication & Interpersonal Support

Serve as a point of contact between the executive, staff, and external stakeholders.

Facilitate effective interpersonal communication and relationship management.

Attend to routine queries and problem-solving tasks for the executive.
D. Problem Solving & Time Management

Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and urgent requirements.

Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues or challenges.

Assist in decision-making by providing timely and accurate information.
E. Office Software & Documentation

Proficiently use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Prepare, format, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.

Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professional standards in all documentation.
